Pick up service
Pick up/drop off service within the Hirafu, Niseko Village and Hanazono area. We can pick you up and bring you to our store for FREE!
For those customers who are staying within Hirafu Village, we ask you call us 20 - 30min before you are ready to be picked up.
If you are staying outside the Hirafu Village area we ask you call us 30 - 60min in advance so we can arrange a driver. Upon receiving your call our staff members will provide you with an estimated time of arrival to your accommodation. Within the busy periods of the season there may be a longer waiting period for this popular service. TIP: The mornings are generally quieter making the pick up and drop off service quicker!
